India, China discuss deliverables for PM’s visit

India and China keen to work with each other! Pragmatism has become the catch word.
Top diplomats from India and China on Tuesday discussed the possible “deliverables” of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s visit to the communist country in October, including the contentious Border Defence Cooperation Agreement (BDCA) and a mechanism for Beijing to share with New Delhi information on its hydroelectric projects on trans-border rivers like Brahmaputra.
