Based on the literature, comparative method, investigation and internet browsing, it is analyzed the curriculum provision for postgraduate of P.E among China, USA and Japan. The aim is to provide suggestions for reforming curriculum provision. It shows that USA and Japan pay attention to practice capability and China pays attention to theory knowledge by analyzing the contents of curriculum provision among the three countries. At last, it made some suggestions for reforming curriculum provision according to China’s fact on postgraduate education.
